Hotel Information
The conference will be held at the Kimpton The Forum Hotel in Charlottesville, Virginia. The address is 540 Massie Road, Charlottesville, VA 22903. It is helpful if you stay here as we have a block of rooms have been held at the conference hotel for the following nights/rates:
- Saturday, August 2nd $239/night
- Sunday, August 3rd $169/night
- Monday, August 4th $169/night
- Tuesday, August 5th $169/night
- Wednesday, August 6th $169/night
Included with the room charges are:
- Complimentary Wifi for all group members who sign up for IHGⓇ One Rewards.
- The Hotel will provide complimentary morning coffee and tea service until 9am each day.
- The Hotel will provide complimentary hosted evening wine hour each day between 5pm-6pm.
Note that breakfast is not included with the room stay; however the hotel has two restaurants onsite and the Barracks Road Shopping Center is a 17 minute walk (0.8 miles) with several food options.
If you are driving to the conference and staying at the hotel, there is a parking fee of $26 per day with in and out privileges. For daily parking information while attending the conference, please see the Venue page.
