Many educators are concerned about the potential implications of student over-reliance and cognitive offloading when students use LLM-powered tools such as ChatGPT. To prevent inappropriate use of LLMs, it is essential to understand how to foster LLM literacy among students to help them use, evaluate, and collaborate with these LLM tools. My research aims to understand the effects of an LLM literacy curriculum on student interaction behaviors with an LLM.
